your journey into myo begins here

I CREATED this offer to HELP humans just LIKE YOU...help other humans!

If you’ve been curious about myofunctional therapy but unsure where to start, you’re not alone.

Many dental hygienists, speech therapists and other allied health practitioners discover airway health, tongue ties, digestion, posture and oral function and realize there’s a whole world of patient care that wasn’t covered in their schooling.

You start seeing the signs everywhere—but finding clear, step-by-step training can feel overwhelming.

That’s exactly why I created Learn Myofunctional Therapy in 60 Days (LMT60).

This program was designed to give dental hygienists, speech therapists, dentists and other licensed healthcare professionals a structured, step-by-step path to understand the clinical foundations of myofunctional therapy—from airway and tongue ties to breathing patterns and therapy exercises—so you can start recognizing and supporting patients with confidence.

Are you ready to make a

BIGGER impact?

Myofunctional therapy gives you the opportunity to help people in a deeper way — supporting healthier breathing, better oral function, improved sleep, and long-term changes that truly impact quality of life.

But the impact isn’t just for your clients.

Many clinicians discover that learning myofunctional therapy opens the door to something bigger for themselves, too. It can become a way to expand your expertise, create new professional opportunities, and even build a profitable practice centered around work that feels meaningful.

If you have a caregiver’s heart and a desire to expand the impact of the services you provide, this training offers a clear path forward.

Myofunctional therapy tends to attract practitioners who are naturally curious about the deeper connections between breathing, oral function, posture and overall health—and who feel called to help people in meaningful ways.

This program was built for people who are willing to learn by doing—gaining the knowledge, applying it in real situations, and building confidence as their skills grow.

Procrastination and perfectionism can stay at the door. This work is learned through action.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

I'm Carmen

I’m a dental hygienist turned myofunctional therapist and educator who discovered that understanding airway, oral function, and myofunctional disorders can completely transform patient care.

That’s why I created Learn Myofunctional Therapy in 60 Days—to give clinicians the clinical foundations they need so they can start making a difference sooner.

This journey began with a 7-year-old girl who spent years being passed from doctor to doctor trying to understand her speech, breathing, sleep, chewing, and swallowing struggles. The real cause was a significant tongue tie, mouth breathing, and incorrect oral posture. When those issues were addressed, her life changed—and that single story has now led to helping thousands more.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the course delivered?

LMT60 is delivered as a hybrid learning experience that combines on-demand lessons with live teaching and Q&A.

New lessons are released each Monday, giving you the opportunity to watch the training and begin applying what you learn throughout the week. Then on Thursdays, we come together for a live teaching and Q&A session where you can ask questions, clarify concepts, and deepen your understanding.

This structure is intentional. Myofunctional therapy is best learned through implementation, not just studying. The goal is for you to learn the concepts, begin applying them in your work, and then bring your questions and experiences to the live sessions so your confidence continues to grow as you practice.

When do the classes start?

For the Founders Cohort, the program begins on Monday, April 6, 2026 when the first lessons are released inside the course. New training modules will be released each Monday, followed by a live teaching and Q&A session on Thursdays.

This schedule allows you time to watch the lessons, begin applying what you’re learning throughout the week, and then bring your questions to the live sessions so we can deepen your understanding together.

There is a "catch up week" scheduled where there will be no classes or live coaching. This will be detailed in your course syllabus.

If you join after the program begins, you will still have access to all previously released lessons so you can start learning right away.

When is the weekly live teaching / Q&A?

For the Founders Cohort, our weekly live teaching and Q&A sessions will take place Thursdays at 7:00 PM Central Time. These sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to ask clinical questions, clarify concepts from the training, and deepen your understanding of the principles of orofacial myofunctional therapy.

If you’re unable to attend live, don’t worry. All sessions will be recorded and made available inside the course, so you can watch the replay and continue learning at a time that works for you.

These live sessions are a great opportunity to strengthen your confidence, hear questions from other clinicians, and continue integrating what you’re learning as you move through the program

How long do I have access to the material?

Students receive four months of access to the LMT60 training materials. The course itself is designed to be completed in about 60 days, but the additional time allows you to review lessons, revisit key concepts, and continue strengthening your understanding as you begin applying what you learn.

This timeframe is intentional. Myofunctional therapy is best learned through implementation, not endless studying. The goal of this program is to help you gain the clinical foundations of orofacial myofunctional therapy, then begin applying those skills so your confidence grows through real-world experience.

For students who would like to keep access to the material beyond the four-month period, we offer an alumni membership option. Graduates can continue accessing the course library for a small monthly fee, allowing them to revisit lessons and refresh concepts as they continue growing their skills in myofunctional therapy.

What if I really want to start a business?

That’s an exciting goal—and one that many clinicians eventually pursue after learning myofunctional therapy.

Learn Myofunctional Therapy in 60 Days (LMT60) is designed to teach the clinical foundations of orofacial myofunctional therapy, including airway health, tongue tie evaluation, oral function, breathing patterns, and therapy exercises. This training helps you develop the knowledge and confidence needed to begin working with myofunctional therapy clients.

For those who want to go further and build a profitable myofunctional therapy business, the next step is The Profitable Myofunctional Therapist™ (PMT) program. Inside PMT, we focus on the business side of the profession—helping clinicians design services, attract clients, create systems, and build a sustainable myofunctional therapy practice.

Many practitioners begin with LMT60 to gain their clinical skills, then continue into PMT to learn how to grow and scale a profitable myofunctional therapy practice.

For now, the focus of LMT60 is simple: helping you gain the clinical knowledge you need so you can begin making a difference through myofunctional therapy.

SOME kind WORDS

Anyone doubting their training needs to take Carmen’s course! I had taken 2 other courses but felt confused. I felt very prepared to start as soon as I finished Carmen's course. I just saw a client the other day and she said, “I’d never guess you were new to this!” It was a compliment and helped build confidence. I love your “tough love,” Carmen!
